Remember, every counselor must undergo the background check every two years before they can attend retreat! You will also find the required medical release forms on this site.

We encourage each GMA group to bring medical supplies for BMMI to place in the box! Look for a list of suggested supplies on the National GMA website, www.nationalgma.com soon!

Jessica Glassbrook, 1st Vice President, has challenged each girl or each GMA group to decorate a first aid kit. Be creative! Enlist your church to help fill the kit with loose change for the National Project! The first aid kits will be judged at retreat!

NATIONAL GMA OFFICER NOMINEES:

Girls should prayerfully consider serving as a National GMA Officer! Those who want to be nominated must have the approval of their family, counselor, and Pastor before coming to retreat! Nomination Forms should be turned in by 7:00 P. M. Tuesday evening to Mrs. Robin Clark.

New Camper Fund: We can help! If you are a new GMA group and would like to attend camp for the first time, we still have funds available. Contact Robin Clark as soon as possible if you would like more information.

Mission Trip Fund: If you have a GMA girl that will be making a mission trip this year, we still have funds available to help with expenses. E-mail or call Robin Clark for information.

Silent Auction: This is one of our most popular project promotions at Retreat! Please bring several items to place in this auction.


Program booklets will be $1.00 again this year. Counselors may purchase these booklets at the Hospitality Center located by the camp office when you register Tuesday afternoon. Be sure to visit the Hospitality Center to pick up a Counselor’s packet for each church when you register.


Counselor’s Workshops will be held from 9:00 – 10:30 and from 11:00 – 12:00 on Wednesday only this year.

Sunbeam Counselor’s Workshops: Wednesday and Thursday mornings in the west room of the Tabernacle.


Project Fund Raising at Retreat this year: Silent Auction, Officer Competition, Candy Grams, Grab Bags, Quarter slot folders, Prescription bottles filled with change, and Buttons.



Retreat T-Shirts will be sold for $12.00. They will be Light Blue shirts with a small red cross and the theme “The Great Physician” on the front left chest area. The back of the t-shirt will have a larger red cross with a stethoscope shaped into a heart wrapped around the cross with the theme “The Great Physician” across it along with the scripture reference Mark 2:17. Orders will be due May 15th and should be sent to:
